@@anlztrk Already lands given to azerbayjan have been ethnically cleansed of Armenians, an example is Nakhichevan. Nakhichevan which was Armenian populated long before anything called turk was existed in the region.
I don't think any country will do anything about this. Baku gas is way too valuable right now and Armenia is too far away for EU to care. Also, with the current inflation in US I don't think the Biden administration will deal with this. Armenia needs to suck it up and normalize relations with Azerbaijan but again that's not gonna happen either.
How or will the Turks respond if we remove Armenia from the Russian orbit and really cozy up? Sorry to blow the comments up but this was a crazy weekend..
@@MoFreedomFoundation Do you also agree that turkey is illegally occupying northern cyprus (which had a greek majority before 1974) and should be evicted by force if necessary and that all the illegal turkish settlers should be returned to the Turkish mainland? There are multiple U.N resolutions on this as well.
I agree with you. Here we see the effect of a much weaker Russia emboldening Azerbaijan and Turkey at the expense of a now defensive (and defenseless) Armenia.
Armenia had always been defensive. Armenia is one of the oldest nations still existing today. You'll have a hard time finding where Armenians attacked another people or nation for the past 2-3000 years.
Would like you to see how Armenian populated Kharabakh ended up with azerbayjan, supposedly the land Armenia "occypied". Stalin gave it a way to the newly created country azerbayjan even though the people of Kharabakh voted several times unanimously to belong to Armenia or be its own state, but stalin didn't listen. Because they knew they'll be massacred as in all other places azerbayjan took from Armenia as for ex Nakhichevan etc, also in azerbayjan itself Armenians were targeted and massacred. The turks have been at it for a long time.
@@MoFreedomFoundation Pls specify yourself. Armenians are not knowm for war and killing unlike dictatorship azerbayjan. I believe your referring to the "khojaly massacre" vs the maybe 20 massacres of Armenians. Pls go and look it up before forming an opinion. Just read the wiki page for it and you'll find out what really happend and who's to blame for forcing their own civilians to stay in middle of a war.
@@MoFreedomFoundation I'm really interested to see where you get your info from on this issue. You sound way off from reality and documented facts. ...Have you heard of those (turks) who say genocide of Armenians was legit as they claim Armenians in the villages, some peasants, east of the country somehow waged some kind of a war against the ottoman state. That's why it was legit for the warlord ottomans to genocide over 1,5 million civilian Armenians that werent even allowed to have wepons and it was mostly woman children and elderly people. You start to sound a bit like them, that argumentation far from the facts is a bit worrying I must say.
Armenia tries to delay the inevitable by not respecting the peace agreement of 2020. Armenians need to give up on their greater Armenia aspirations. If they want peace they need to respect the territories of its neighboring countries. Javakheti belongs to Georgia, Karabakh belongs to Azerbaijan and Eastern-Turkey belongs to Turkey.
Some truth here. But Azerbaijan also needs to realize that they have gotten everything they can get by force of arms. If they crush Nagorno Karabakh they might get sanctioned.
what you think about Israel Presence in Azerbaijan? weird news and video is coming out. In Baku some Raising the Israeli flag; and in Yerevan people Raising the Iranian flag. And in Israel They saying: we gonna make Azerbaijan same as the Lebanon but for Iran.
They feel powerful cos they got a turkey and Israel behind them ! Even they playing dirty to Iran as well ,despite of great help from Iran during the previous war (I think it was 92_94) just think most of them are Shia Muslim but nowadays Iran have a better relationship with Christian Arminian ?!🤔 It's so complicated !
Can you please cover about conflict going in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan? If need any more info you can look by hashtags #standforkyrgyzstan and #kyrgyzstanunderattack
About Armenia occupying illegally nagorno karabakh Those borders were not based upon historical or ethnic facts in Caucasus They were bunch of lines drawn by some half drunk Russians in Kremlin So I don't see any reason why would international community give an F about them except for oil
@@MoFreedomFoundation but they didn't That's the point this two countries have around 30 years history as independent nations Before that they were nothing more than a bunch of provinces West accepted those borders just because of oil and money
im a geopolitics newbie, but armenia is a ally of russia, while azerbaijan is an ally of turkey, which is in nato and is good with israel, so why is the usa on the armenian side? (i dont say, that, that is wrong), couldnt azerbaijan be a tool against russia?
Armenia is close to being a democracy, Azerbaijan is a hereditary gangster state. But more importantly, the international community has an interest in Armenians not getting genocided again. (Oh, and a wealthy US Armenian diaspora doesn't hurt).
@@MoFreedomFoundation Yes, the Armenian influence on Capitol Hill is strong. It is mainly the Armenian diaspora that drives Armenians back home crazy from their comfortable couchs in the Valley and Marseilles.
"was occupying" They are still occupying Azerbaijani territory. It's under the "authority" of Russian "peacekeepers" but in reality they are doing fuck all except stoking the flames (for example they were literally caught smuggling weapons to Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh in a humanitarian convoy). Additionally the latest round of fighting was sparked by Armenian saboteurs attacking an Azerbaijani outpost which caused Azerbaijan to respond by bombing Armenian military installations in Armenia itself. Pelosi's visit is basically nothing more except fishing for Armenian-American votes. The US did nothing more substantial than yell "OK stop fighting you two" and everyone will ignore it. I do find it amusing how Armenia was completely onboard with Russian invasion of Ukraine, had Russian flags and marches then swapped it to "we're totally with Ukraine" billboards and US flags virtually overnight once Pelosi announced her visit. Talk about a heel-face turn.
Armenia still ocupies sone land and as part of treaty, they should return those back. If they do a long lasting peace would flourish but we all know that no one (neither US nor Russia , neither Iran ) wants that!
@@willf2079 justice is all that matters. For every action a reaction equal in size in the opposite direction. It is simple logic. Don't invade and don't miss with us. You say peace we will say peace. You invade will you need to understand and deal with consequences.
It would be extraordinarily stupid for Azerbaijan, a country entirely dependent on selling its oil and gas, to become an international pariah. The US has knocked Iranian, Venezuelan, Libyan and Russian oil off the market. Would be very stupid to give us an excuse to knock Azeri oil & gas off.
@@MoFreedomFoundation it is like as if USA could supply all that alone. China, Japan and SK plus India would need oile somewhere and i don't think USA could supply that. However, you are right. But i don't think that action was fully wrong. But the timeing actually bad.
Where was the outrage when Armenia was occupying Turkish land? You are wrong again and again (Bias) Armenia is still occupying Azeri land. They have to get out. US does not belong to Caucasia. Turkey and Russia will make sure that won't happen. Greater Turkish union is around the corner. Kosovo to Xinjia chan. Long live TURAN.
@@MoFreedomFoundation Ha haaa. Look who is talking. Every prediction you got either biased or skewed to favor your handlers. Everything that has happened in the last 2 years points that Turks coming together and will be a economic and military force. There is no room for Armenians to play both sides any more. They will be either playing with us or else. Turkish policy is here to stay even Erdogan loses the election. Turan is loading……
