Thank you for this great video. Can you also show/explain how to use probes early to counter ling rush? Seems to always be my downfall. Also do you ever change your build early on if you are at 11 and have a zerg/terran at 12 or vice versa?
I'll add a breakdown of how to hold a 6ling to the list :) As far as the build changing, 2gate opener is pretty versatile. Depending on the game state you can either stop zealots early to go into goons, or cannon choke, or whatever else needs to be done. Next week I'll be doing a bit of a breakdown on how to read the game state and adjust accordingly. I'll keep this question in mind for that video
yeah I'll be trying to keep mostly everything to team BGH since that's my specialty and I don't want to risk giving bad information for other maps. On ladder, the build is very very different and super matchup dependent, and for hunters overproducing workers can be a bad thing.
Well done, appreciate the breakdown. Think the tutorial is very well put-together & you go over basics that not even intermediate players may be aware of.
you say put together as if I didn't just start recording with almost 0 preplanning and wing it :D But to be fair, I do it that way on purpose. I don't want to talk with a voice that announces it's scripted. I like to try and just be me on my streams/videos.
