Easily the best army review I have watched on MESBG in general - let alone just Azogs Hunters. Deserves way more recognition! I hope you do another one!!
Hey there this was a great video I’m brand new to MESBG had my first demo yesterday and picked up an Azogs Hunters army need to buy Azog and Bolg but great game enjoyed my demo so looking forward to painting them up. Any advice for a new MeSBG gamer?
Hey there, great to hear your getting into MESBG. It's a fantastic game and you've chosen a fun army to start with. You have a lot of hitting power across the whole army. The biggest weaknesses are fight value and defense value so ensuring you take good numbers is essential to be successful. Once you've mastered using the army you can experiment with hard hitting fast smaller armies but it is a low margin for error approach. Best early on to take one of Azog or Bolg, then with support hero might caddys like Fimbul, Yazneg and Narzug then try to spam out on Hunter orcs, take a banner and some fell wargs for objectives. Then if you want a stronger frontline to be less worried about shooting you could take some Gundabad orcs as allies from Azogs Legion or from Dark Powers of Dol Guldur. If you take from the latter you could squeeze in The Keeper of the Dungeons and maybe a Castellan or two to give you some higher fight value and even more hitting power. Also gives you a few reliable high courage models that can be clutch in the late game. Hope this helps.
