What a wonderful job on the Metropolis' diorama and the IT-0 Interrogator droid, we will be adding some more references to the location of the lines on the assembly manual for sure. Thank you Lou !! 😃
On the contrary! Thank you for the sound effects! And, we know who is going to get stuck more than a casual admirer at WonderFest... you! I suggest a small cork for the tip during transport! Your Maria finishing touches were really very nice-- nothing says "MAD" like a good knife-blade switch. ET is looking a bit plastic-ey, but I'm sure that will change; he also sounds like a vending machine... The Gordon Ramsey Soufflé Cooking Droid-- very nice with all the kitchen utensils in place. I swear I could hear your mental gears turning as you decided the lighting path-- or was it the droid... ? Lovely vinyl details.
I'm Mississippi, all the tree branches and dried leaves in the yard is unbelievable in the South, not to mention the pollen, we have a whole season of that here!!!
I'm amazed that Lou just cut his yard for the first time. I live two hours due west of him, and I'll be cutting mine for the fourth time later today. And pollen, whew! We've got a yellow-green coating on almost everything outside.
My first glance of the thumbnail had me wondering, “When did the interrogator droid appear in Metropolis?” My brain is now trying to think of what sort of diorama mashups can be done…
So Lou, this is a little off topic. I found a guy BoxmanBuilds who builds ships. Its a new channel, but it will having burst out laughing as he describes his ship building experiences. Recommend for anyone who builds models...😎👍
Sedimentary = rock formation (more or less) Sedentary = not so much moving about; stationary presence, as it were. Figure you know this, but sometimes our mouth gets a block or so ahead of our brain. Being the O.C.D. maroon that I am, though.. can’t let it go unmentioned. 😊
Lou I have a semi-technical question for you... the LED light wires you used - DO you know where I can read up on them? for example what name should I google :). Also are the sizes adjustable by the end user or do you need to order them in particular lengths... etc. etc... Thanks in advance for answering a very mundane question.
the term you want to google is " flexible filament" and the only down side is they only come in preset lengths. you cannot cut them. you can string together in a row positive to negative.
The interrogator droid looks like it's 1/6 scale, to fit with the 12 inch figures. For the rear view, what about the scene in the cell, just as the door closes.
