Thank you soo much for making this video. Well explained and in details! Simply have no words to thank you. These things cannot be found in any documentations.
I greatly appreciate the firewall and routing explanation. Azure documentation mentions the public IP addresses you mention but all of their docs are so scattered and do not present a clear working model for using a vnet with routing and a firewall.
Thanks for the wonderful video. Quick question: I tried VNET injection model with pre-defined public & private subnets and predefined NSG mapped to each subnet. However, Databricks had detached the pre-defined NSG from both the sub-nets and created a new NSG and attached it to the pre-defined subnets. Please confirm on how we could force databricks to use the pre-defined NSG and not to have it create a new NSG. Looking forward for your inputs.
Can you please make a video on how this configuration works on Private endpoint as well? I've created the same config through terraform and we have DNS proxy enabled on Hub Vnet and the Databricks is sitting on Spoke Vnet. I referred various documentation but seems like I'm unable to do configure this with Private endpoint part
very nice video. for the application rule, do we need to manually add the storage account created in the databricks workspace to the rules as well ? I don't see any thing like that mentioned in the official Microsoft documentation .
thanks for the post, can we have another one in which we do the NSGs and RTs with a SCC enabled cluster and the infra having a FW to route /monitor trafic
