Lucuma is a delicious frui that grows in Peru, the flavor reminds of the persimmons but the consistency is different, more like boiled egg would and it does look like boiled egg yolk too. Very tasty. It is used a lot in popsicles, ice cream. The lucuma powder I use in smoothies and to make my keto balls. One day I want to try in ice cream and muffins, cupcakes and cakes.
