Can I just say, you have formulated these videos beautifully. They are brief enough to answer the immediate questions the viewer has going into the video, and detailed enough to allow us to understand the concept in depth. well done, wish there were more tutorials like this around!
I almost switched over due the spoken accent but then I thought I'd wait and within a minute it was very clear how organised the course was - I saw the content. I must say it, your teaching style is excellent, totally. I've subscribed now. Thank you for your work. Much appreciated.
I really appreciate honesty like this Bijou! I must admit my accent is something that I continuously try to work on. I'm glad you gave it a chance, thanks! 🙏🙏🙏
i would like to thank u , because i joined the professional institute for azure training but did not get as deep and practical knowledge that u gave via this tutorials
You manage to put so much information in these short videos. After going through your videos I brush all my knowledge and be ready for a deep dive into these concepts.
I am starting to explore and understand what Azure and its various components are and your video was so clear and well explained that I understood what storage accounts are very clearly. I don't have to go around looking for more videos to understand storage accounts anymore. This is how one expects a tutorial to be. Thanks Adam.
Thanks Adam as a beginner in Azure and after watching your video i now know Storage in azure is not as complex as i first thought i am looking forward to watching your other videos. Thank you for your great video
That was awesomely in-depth. Many thanks for creating this video, as I have learned a massive amount and had a lot of fun playing around in my test lab environment.
Adam is my Azure Tutor all the time. When you get time, Please post experiments ML in Azure with some social trend analysis. Want to hear from you easy way to understand different use cases strategy and how to choose the better one!
Great Explanation Adam ! i'm a Mulesoft developer trying to learn Azure Integration services, went through Microsoft documentation and i was unable to understand anything. Thank god that i found your videos online. Watching and practicing the concepts from past 4 hours and haven't felt bored or hard. Its as good as watching GOT :)(i know i'm exaggerating) . Good job !! keep posting more videos.
thank you as always, Adam, for the highest quality content and for the well put information, which is being perceived accordingly, you are a good teacher
excellent video of a storage blob account and its features, exactly the video I have been looking for, keep up the good work going to watch the data lake video
All videos are amazing!!!! Thanks for your effort to make thise wonderful videos! I'm a beginner on Azure, but your explanation is so easy to understand.
Thanks! You are in luck, already got video on Table storage ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HSL1poL1VR0.html and the queues ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JQ6KhjU5Zsg.html
Well done Adam! Thanks for sharing :-) BTW, it would be nice you to share something like a "dev show" using the services in the same application. For example, Azure Functions detecting changes on the diferent services of Azure Storage and "moving" the same message between all of them (of course, zero production application, but funny stuff). It's only an idea.
Thank you! One step ahead of you here, I just made decision couple days ago that either in November or December I will do something like this. I will stream some small app development from zero to working app in one sitting. Will see how it will go :). Thanks for sharing ideas too I always appreciate it!
Hi Adam. Great video. Regarding using General Purpose V2 storage, I am working on migrating a few hundred TB worth of data into archive tier in Azure storage. Cost difference per AZ calculator is 3x for General Purpose v2 vs BlobStorage so that's one reason to go with BlobStorage kind.
Maybe you've put something incorrectly into the calculator. V2 is cheaper than blob storage (which is just V1). Microsoft always charges less for new services to encourage move to the latest ones. Remember about data box service to transfer all of that :)
Pretty didactic, Great video!! Maybe you can show how to connect each type of storage account with others Azure services and their cost or comparison with others. E.g Azure Table Storage vs Azure Cosmos DB
Hi Adam, Can you please answer below question on Azure Storage Account and explain. Your company plans to migrate all its data and resources to Azure. The company's migration plan states that only platform as a service (PaaS) solutions must be used in Azure. You need to deploy an Azure environment that supports the planned migration. Solution: You create an Azure App Service and Azure Storage accounts. Does this meet the goal? A. Yes B. No
Glad you enjoyed it, unfortunately I don't share slides at this time. I might put all in some public repo in the future though. Thank you for watching :)
thank you so much sir for your tutorials. Please consider my request and make a video on Storage Architecture. I was unable video regarding it over internet. Please consider the request
Hi Adam, Great video! Do you have a video that shows people the user experience of using Azure Storage for mapped drives etc, accessing and using files on a day to day basis?
Thanks! Not yet :( file shares are on the list of the video topics although that list is very long and only 1 video per week since I have daily job still :) maybe in future I would become full time RU-vid trainer and then I can release dozen more videos. :)
