thats a weak aura to tell me when healing rain is active so i know when to re applied. Is from Zmok weak aura package.

@@JinzoOni My ui had some little modification since this video but is still pretty similar I honestly just put the stuff a bit smaller so you can just adjust the scaling and should be around the same as the video. The bar placement might be different cause idk if normal ui transfer from WTF folder but you will have all my addon setting atleast the rest you can adjust like mine or to your liking anyway enjoy just click the link unzip and put the WTF folder and the addon folder in your wow folder.
