B-17 Fortress Crew Training at Elvington 1995 

This was at the end of the third day of the 1995 International Air Spectacular, combined fullsize and model airshow at Elvington. The crew of B-17 "Sally B" took the opportunity to make use of Elvington's long runway for some crew training.
We were packing up my own 1/6 scale B-17 at the edge of the runway, so had a great view of the action.
