Gibson and Barnes built my Stargate SG-1 Offworld Jacket based on the G-8 WEP jacket. I've been to the factory and showroom in El Cajon, CA. Sadly they no longer build those jackets.
Good video as it helped me figure some things out about a old B3 bomber coat I have that's very similar to the one you had shown except it has two built In pockets with the tag in the collar that says Midwestern Made in the USA I'm trying to figure out the history of.
These jackets are very expensive, so my advice if you want one be on the lookout for sales during the summer since no one will be wearing one except for the winter.
These jackets aren't for areas middle temperatures... It's made for areas with lowest temperature. Lower than 0-8 celsius. Like mountains. You'd be sweating a lot from walking if you're wearing it for an hour on middle temperature area. It's literally parka. The leather is pushing the heat back on the sheepskin and keeps it in the body. That's how keeps body warm.

The b3 was a government contract jacket. A number of companies made it. That includes the British producers of the Raf irving depending on whether you're a purist or not.
