The Fraser River Basin is a known flood plain, but it's rare to get well over the average rainfall for the month of November in 2 days. All streams, creeks, & rivers are very full in the region due to the warm rain over the existing snowpack.
These farms and the families who run them are vital for our survival here in the lower mainland, We need to create a vast armada of volunteers and contractors to besiege the area and do everything we can to get these farmers back into operation again. Clean up crews with pressure washers. Electrical, construction, excavating and plumbing contractors and suppliers to put the barns back into safe operating conditions asap. This will require an army of the dedicated and selfless to put our communities back together again.
Best learn to take of yourselves, folks. Incredible Federal response...sending in 100 Canadian Forces soldiers to fill and move sandbags...by hand...with zero equipment. You'd see a MUCH bigger and quicker Federal response if this was Afghanistan.....oh wait.🤣

my question is if the floods subside help the BC goverment help the farmers affected by the severe floods in how the kumgan of the animals cows horses chickens will raise the elevation Timbaland of the land to increase the elevation if it rains it won't take long the lives stack and they are safe from any flood water thanks
