"B for Bird 🐦" Crochet Bird applique  

This video shows how to crochet cute little Bird Applique,made with acrylic yarn and 3.5mm crochet hook
Written instructions:
Body:
1) In a magic circle, make ch3, 16dc, slip Stitch on the top of ch3.
2) ch2, make 1 hdc in each of next 10 Stitches.
3) make ch5, skip first ch from the hook, slip Stitch in 2nd stitch, 1sc in next, 1hdc in next, 1dc in last chain stitch, 1dc on the 10th hdc
4) skip 2 stitches below and make 1sc in 3rd,
5) skip 1 stitch, make 8dc in next stitch, slip Stitch on the top of ch2, f/o
Beak: Attach yarn with a slip knot near the neck of the bird, ch3,1dc in the same stitch, f/o.
Wing:
1) Make ch6, skip first ch from the hook, make 1slip stitch in second St, 1sc in next, 1hdc in next,1dc in next, in the last St make 8dc .
2) Work on the other side of the chain in reverse order to complete the wing.. make 1dc in next, 1hdc in next, 1sc in next, 1slip stitch in last and 1 more sc on the top of the pointy edge of the wing, f/o with a long tail.
3) stitch wing on the body.
4) attach googly eye with glue.
Bird is ready.
