I was obsessed w/ Biggie when he came out. _Party and Bullshit_ was just a teaser because that first album.....please. My dad loved it too. You just press play and let it do what it do. You don't have to touch nothin'. _One More Chance/Stay With Me_ defined my life at one point in time. I have *REALLY* good memories behind that song. I was still in elementary school when it came out. Fast forward to _Life After Death_, I'm in middle school, I low-key think I'm grown and that album set is playin' in the background. _Kick in the Door_ and _Notorious Thugs_ are my favorites. Definitely felt the void after his passing. I ended up getting back into Wu-Tang. This video is really sweet, _Hot 97_. I appreciate it..... R.I.P. Uncle BIG.
Lyrically untouchable, to achieve what he achieved with such a short career n small body of work is nothing short of phenomenal. Best 2 ever do it on the mic.
QuanThaGod #Truth. I don't know why the fans have to argue about who is the king and who's better than who. It doesn't matter they are both black hip hop kings. That was Biggie's day!
Still miss this man. Imagine if he had more time? Imagine him rapping over Timbaland beats? Just Blaze beats? Kanye beats? I was almost 17 when he died. My young ass thought him being age 24 at the time, he was so much "older". I'm almost 37 now. Shit's crazy how fast time flies.
Notorious thugs is the track that cemented to me Biggie as the greatest MC of the past 25 years. The lyrical dexterity to out flow Bone thugs was magical & unforgettable experience
Biggie was a Lyricist and still had music for the radio if he had at least 2 more years man it would've been crazy. Think about He was 25 that's young as hell
Had to pause the video to comment on the time B.I.G. did notorious thugs, got goosebumps thinkin bout the 1st time hearing B.I.G. go first rather than last as was the usual back then for the "big verse" of the song, EPIC! B.IG. past that test w flying colors.

I was in 12th grade when life after death came out. My cousin and I skipped school just to get that album. As soon as we played the cd in my car the first song was Notorious Thugs, and we completely lost our freakin minds. We couldn't make it past that song. We weren't planning on going back to school that day but we went back just to play that song for everybody. And everybody that heard it had the same reaction we did. Play that again!
I can’t even imagine the game now If Pac and Biggie was still here . Half these dudes now Would be at McDonald’s or at supermarkets talking about “paper or plastic” miss you Biggie

Truthfully, I can’t really express how proud I was to be from BK because of Biggie (and of course the likes of Fox, Kim, Jay, Bleek). It probably was a combination of things he looked like people from around my way, his songs made you feel like you knew him, and his story made me believe that you could do and be anything regardless of where your from. I remember saving up my allowance money to buy every album (and for my young brother to take all of the albums eventually lol) and just being captivated by every song. But to all the young people growing up in any neighborhood know you can be anything and your greatness is around the corner.
