01:18:10 Propellor in windtunnel with smoke blowing through it. Man in overcoat moves the car in the wind tunnel. Man with smoke machine lets smoke blow over the bonnet of the car. He and his colleague watch how the smoke blows over the car body to test for wind resistance. C/U Propellor. Car covered in ice - it is in a refrigeration unit. Men in big coats open the car. One man gets into the frozen car and starts it up. It starts first time. His colleague outside the car stands by with a stopwatch.
01:19:10 Two cars driven on rough test track (First one is an Austin A40, the second a Morris Oxford according to the paperwork). The cars really get shaken about. C/U technician driving the car. More shots of the cars on the test track. C/U smiling driver. C/U hands on the steering wheel. C/U wheel as it cross hard terrain. Mini being driven at speed over rough ground. Mini in London traffic. Interior of the car, woman driving. The chimes of Big Ben are heard as she drives round Parliament Square. C/U badge on the front of Vandenplas Princess. The car backs away to park by the pavement. Gentleman comes out of front door and gets into the back seat of the car. He is wearing a hat and carrying a briefcase. The car drives off. C/U back of the chauffeur's head. Car driving along. Young man driving open top red sports car (Austin Healy apparently). He is driving down a very empty M1 motorway with a young woman at his side. Shot from back seat showing virtually empty road ahead. High angle shot as the car passes under a bridge and then speeds away into the distance. Different car driven along road through trees. Car driving towards camera. Interior shot of driver and female companion. Car drives past camera. A sports car pulls in behind it. They carry on through the woodland.
