Malfunction: Does not run the feeder motor. Just on the chance I don't get to part 2 and Part 3. I found what appears to be a circuit breaker that was tripped on the drive. it is located next to the place where the red and black fuse wires connect to the board. On the circuit breaker is a blue switch. I flipped the switch to the opposite direction that it was set. And then I measured good voltage diode drops from +Bus to U, V, and W. I hope this helps in your repair :)

Thank you for the well wishes. It was rough going for awhile. But the physical therapy and occupational therapy sessions are a huge help. The folks there helping me are fantastic.Thank you so very much for sopping by. That means alot to me.

I couldn't help rewatching the video. I noticed for just a second when you put your leads on buss+ to U it looked like you had a reading for just a split second. It looked like a cap charging or something. Great video again as normal. Thanks from Iowa

Yes, that was odd. I have never had that happen before.And it did not happen when I checked again.. I wish I had time to analyze why that occurred. You are very observant. Thank you for catching .that. I hope that you have a great year ahead.

I found this video by chance. I am a student who graduated this year. I admire your work and would be very grateful if you could help me with this problem related to acopos 1320. When i power up the machine it fails and shows this error Error 7210 dc link circuit: voltage too low or unstable check the power line I think you are in the woodshope you reply me when u get back well thank you peepaw 🙏❤️

So if you get anymore of those stripped out allens, get your set of torx bits and find the largest size that will fit the screw. Give the screwdriver with the bit a few taps with a hammer so it seats into the gnarled hole, then press and torque, that almost always does the trick. The hammer trick can work for a stripped phillips top. Give the screwdriver a few good taps then press down as hard as you can and torque. Good to see you doing well.

What an enigma to open that thing, and it's absolutely filthy (as usual). What do you clean them with? I've found simple green and a good brush does a good job on drive circuit boards, followed by a hot water rinse, and a trip under the air gun to dry it off. Seems to cut all the oil and stuff off without damaging anything. The boards come out looking brand new! Practically too clean to put back in the machine!

I never thought of simple green. And hot water and the air gun is a brilliant idea. I am going to start doing this to clean circuit board. Thank you for the top.

@@PeepawMcDonald Just be careful about water getting into inductors or transformers, and under chips. It would actually be good to dry them in an oven at around 80 to 90C for a few hours - below boiling point, but close - the same recipe that's used to bake chips and other parts before board assembly, to avoid "popcorning" them when they go into the reflow oven for soldering if they've absorbed moisture sitting around before being assembled onto the boards.

Sir, when Acopos 1045 is driven on, the green led is blinking (not ready mode). It will come to drive ready mode only if heated with hot air... Sir can you tell me the reason?

No worries about getting things wrong. When I get things wrong I have learned something new..Click on the link below to see one of my videos on the IGBT power module. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6CSKv_aW8oY.html I set my dmm to diode test mode. Then with the black test lead on +Bus. I then probe U, V, W or L1, L2, L3 with the red test lead. I should see good diode measurements displayed on the dmm. I then place the red test lead on bus ground. Then with the black test lead I probe U, V, W or L1, L2, L3. Where again the dmm should display good diode measurements. +Bus is also known as "P" or "+B" and other names depending on the drive manufacturer Bus ground is also known as "N", "-B" or again other names. I hope this helps. I have many other videos that show how to test the IGBT and three phase bridge rectifier while in the drive. Thank you for the great question.
