Being ferocious can be a asset or liability, depends on how its being used and in what context.... if your boxing i suggest not limiting your knowledge to just American Boxing... Jeet Kun Do, Wing Chun, Silat and Filipino Dirty Boxing techniques are some I learned... now i just do Tai Chi it translates to Ultimate Fist
This is the most I seen Mike talk in all of his podcasts. I'm loving it, I wish he did this more often. He speaks the most when he's around the people who's known n really digs n probably feels more comfortable with. Great podcast!!!!! Keep it Mike up!!! Your helping me by listening, idk about other people but coming from Philly n poverty, that life n dealing with addiction your helping me have somewhere to go where I feel im apart of. I wish the podcasts were longer. Your an inspiration. God bless.
Im in Philly, Kind of going through the same shit.. hmu if ur ever interested in a podcast, i have my studios in Center City on Market Street.. I produce Music n Podcast 2, im actually looking for people (In Philly 2, thats weird af i just seen this comment) to start another podcast / Vlogcast with.. hmu BeatsByTheKilo.com or IG @BeatsByTheKilo
I can't believe that Mike doesn't have at least a couple million subscribers, Mike should easily have more then Joe Rogan easily. As soon as I found out I finished the episode with Mike and went straight to Mike's subscribed n caught on to every one in like a week and now been waiting on the next.
smtms i listen to Mike address metaphysical issues (genesis of rage/anger) and i'm in awe... how simple and raw he lays it out! bravo Iron Mike, u are a rock, but your heart is not of stone!!! big up from Lithuania:)
Bless mike he’s come a long way I love his humility. Very humble. Sometimes in life things can be embarrassing to yourself but it happened and that’s how my life happened that’s how it was but I’m here still and I’ve learned
Love you guys ..being real is legendary. Been a fan of Mike since Olympic and the beginning. I am honored to have seen his fights. Besides the smoke blowing. I smoked and smoke. I have had 4 back surgeries and I am a carpenter and contractor. I smoke for my pain and stress relief. It works incredibly period. Love watching and sharing epic times with legendary people. Thanks Mr.Tyson. you RULE. if you ever want a non public, blue collar hard worker from snowy Vermont. I would love to be on the show. Also this little town man has over 111 street fights and never lost. But became humble and free. Thanks for your time...rock on
B real your hotboxin/smokebox internet shows are the future. You def are the 1st to do this. You are way ahead of your time for this one. Watch mark my words im calling it now. Watch and see how people copy your same format. Much respect from wilmington delaware. Literally from ome coast to the other. Its the smokebox/hotboxin #1 fan kelo brown.
I went to the tour that B-Real is talking about, it was 2003! Back when going to a gig was brilliant...16 years on and phones have ruined a lot of gigs now as everyone is watching through their phone instead of enjoying it! Love this episode!
I absolutely got mad love for Mike, how could anybody not like Mike? If you don't your a douchebag end of story. A person at least 35 yrs old and up n American you have no excuse to not have heard of him. For god's sake the 1st Nintendo had a popular game, TKO punch out n the last level you had to beat Mike to beat the game. Ever since I seen him on JRE n found out he had a podcast I was happy as hell lol. Then I looked up every video I could find on him to remember and see him from the 80s till present day. I was born in 81 so I remember my whole family, shit my whole neighborhood n across all of Philly everybody was talking about him after ordering his fights on pay per view or whatever was on TV, his whole career/personal life. What I didn't know was how young he really was when he became champ, dam. He was just a kid for real and then after seeing how he had so much happen to him at such n the hardships on top of being taken advantage of, it's undeniably painful, real n raw emotion to see in his eyes when he speaks about it. So happy to see Mike in a good place. He's been through the unthinkable n sits here n the honesty that anybody who's ever been through the sufferring of the human experience can relate to Mike. God bless him n his family.
Everybody knows the legend. I am dutch and 38, all people i know have heard of him, hell the whole fucking world knows him. Really love where he is in life now, he seems happy and kind. He deserves massive respect..not only for his athletic achievement in boxing, but also for fighting his demons, taming the beast inside of him and become a better man. Agree 100%
@Extroma Condorma He probably had a pile of coke or dope caked up there. Didn't you see how he rubbed it around his gums. Either that, or he likes to rub boogers around his gums.
One of my favorite Mike podcasts to date. Great to see him really involved and conversational with his guest. Sometimes I feel like he barely says anything
How amazing would it have been to have have had 2pac in this hotbox with Mike Tyson or Bruce Lee sitting with Mike Tyson 😓 we can only imagine, how infectious and hilarious is Mikes laugh 😂😂😂 love it such a happy laugh
Best podcast yet for boxing fans. I think the DMT melted away whatever traumas Mike had from the boxing world, before the Toad/Rogan podcast he seemed to always give short answers to boxing questions and never spoke about it with much excitement. He talks about Marciano and Ali here like he used to when he was a kid. Fascinating.
Hey Mike. I love what you are doing. It's great to see you evolve into a person that you are more happy being. Please consider making these videos in full color. The black and white is cool but gets to me after a few minutes. I feel like I'm losing my vision or something. BTW boxing is so boring since you retired. Peace brother
Wish we had the diversity of weed in the uk that you guys in the US enjoy. For most of us here, you get what you're given. The stuff I get blasts me into space after one or two hits. It's not very relaxing. I want something that I can smoke more of and relax more. Anyone else same?
Jordan Mitchell sometimes less is more. I’ve been smoking for 10 years, basically daily and my tolerance is incredibly low, I can’t finish a small joint to myself I’d start spinning. Try taking 2 hits than wait 30 min and go from there.
You guys are the best! Million times better than Joe Rogan! It is refreshing to listen to honest down to earth people talk, without ego, without ass licking the ceo of youtube or twitter etc (thats probably why this podcast has not got millions of subs yet. they probably control algorithms and block it, because these guys are NOT shills for any company, like Rogan, who has lost his way!) Everyone should share this podcast, spread the word!! These are truly great guys, doing a great deed, educating about medicine the masses need!!!
I must smoke joints while watching this hotboxing, but then again am at work when I do so... I guess Mike's laughter will fuck me up! Will get me cracking, I think he got a funny laughter.
Weed? Whatever? Do what works for YOU! Dee's guys make it sound like everyone is supposed to do it. To each their own. Cool that they share the benefits......all good. As a someone who grew through the 60's, we knew how good it was for humanity and health before it became mainstream, but still, do what works for you! Peace!
Thank you so much Mike Tyson for this show. You have always been an idol to me and growing up in a similar background you are a person that will always inspire me and thanks for always sharing your stories. I look forward to your show each day before and after work and I hope to be on it in the future and see other people who have grown up like how we have and found success to be honored by your show. Great job to eben and everyone else involved with the show and I hope to see you all at Tyson Ranch
you proved yourself to all and beat all like no other fighter, nobody could beat you but with time and age, never feel like you failed anybody because u didnt` as age caught up as it does, nobody can change this` people dont understand this` but your name will live on forever in boxing as a legend just like ali bless u man.....
Growing up watching boxing and having Cypress Hill as your favorite musicians, this is real cool. When B Real took a picture with both Vargas and DLH, I was surprised. *Edit 30 mins later* I just recieved a notification of me sharing that picture two years ago on FB. The universe works in mysterious ways, where's that toad?
It makes him too upset to talk about him. He cried during his Big Boy Interview. You can tell that he blames himself to an extent for Tupac's death because it happened after HIS fight.
Two of my all time favs. Love y’all brothers. I had to stop smoking, but I was just thinking(it’s 2am) if I could smoke I’d go over to the gym and workout.
