@@83prettyblack he has suffered from it since he was a child. Pulmonary fibrosis is usually discovered during early childhood. There is nothing they could do for him other than put him a lung transplant list

Smyth growing up I really loved all his songs and what he had to offer as a black American rapper when I first heard his music I immediately fell in love with him and his music especially this song Twerkaholic I even like the line Hold up, let me clear my throat (Uhhhm) still iconic to this day can't even get over it it's too iconic for words he's the kind of artist that cares about his fans and thanks them for supporting him throughout his musical journey and throughout his years and his life as a black American rapper artist I even saw his last video chatting with his fans before he died I can't believe he's gone and I cried but I will get over it eventually my deepest condolences are for his family and friends and especially his fans B.
