But kiwanda sometimes I don't understand u people how u reason.who is in charge of Parliament funds who approves money to those committees.how can u arrest the one who was given and leave the one who gave. Don't fool people man we went to school we have made researches first arrest the clerk to Parliament,the speaker and the whole Parliamentary commission.then u talk.
