Lebo raised here - I always appreciate your recipes because the research shows and they are actually authenic-ish. Just a few tips tho - 1) the foil is good for cleaning but cuts the smookiness, best to cook the eggplant on a direct flame, gas or bbq flame. 2) Needs a little more lemon - we usually used 2+ lemons for that many eggplants 3) Cayenne pepper is usually used for the decoration, not mixed in - lets people know its chilli 😅 4) We don't use pepper in this dish But these are only minor points, this recipe is still really awesome! ❤️
