Thanks for sharing. One humble piece of advice to all my brothers and sisters everywhere: Please don't 'CLAP' during keertan , as you already have beautiful instruments accompanying the singing. (Clapping disturbs the subtle vibe. Hence only a selected few instruments are used to accompany keertan singing). It should be sung as it is also written as: " BABA NAAM KEVALAM"( a common mistake most of us do). Please keep sharing, It inspires.
Cannot really hear the clapping but tambourines should be outlawed during kiirtan or used very sparingly as they are jarring to the ear, unless you are a percussion master
Please Don't sing Babanamo Kevalamo. One Siddha Mantra must not have several different pronunciations. One significant thing is that the mantra is not BABANAMO KEVALAMO. The mantra is BABANAM KEVALAM as it has been pronounced by the Guru Himself. I have that audio with me. I can give it to anyone on demand. Just so you know - only you have to provide me with your Whatsapp number, please. So, never sing the Kiirtan with the wrong pronunciation. It may attract the negative microvita. Thank you, Namaskar. 🙂
