So tragically sad that Kat became a non able to function Addict, by Lori's own admission. Just so sad but as long as Kat's alive, there is still hope that she can get help.

If you watch the footage of Kat performing in Katastrophy Wife, she has this look in her eyes like she's just super focused. You can definitely tell she's someone that gets in the zone onstage.

Seeing this interview now just breaks my heart. In both that Kat was unable to facilitate them continuing on as well as her decline in health. Equally sad & infuriating. #BITFTW

@@richardcrook2112 has there been any updates on Kat and how she is doing? It sounded dire but it's been awhile since. I'm hoping she is getting better.

@@ccgrey8731 The updates are so scarce and it worries me. Last I heard she had died and been resuscitated multiple times in hospice care. It's very sad.

Elliott dude good interview as always bro, Babes In Toyland are one of my wifes favourite bands from back in the day, i always had a thing for Kat as well, they seemed cool and chilled, i watched them at reading festival many years ago, great show. Good luck for the future girls, Elliott keep rocking my man.

+Materva 1974 I read an interview about it (from a few months ago) on a tumblr Kat Bjelland fans account and yes, she's alive and I think still in touch with some of the girls, just she doesn't want to be part of the music industry anymore

She also released a memoire about her time being in the band. It got released last year or the year before that. It's called 'I live inside'.

gosto muito dessa banda são provavelmente a melhor banda feminina que conheço. até hoje Kat Bjelland me deixa abobado com eu timbre de voz qque não desafina cara vs são demais pena que não tive o prazer de ver vcs ao vivo. admiro muito vcs. espero que continuem tocando ate não poder mais.
