Is she the one who instructed Babu to incite violence amongst kenyans to the extent of spoiling their own infrastructure just because they're acting as Raila odinga's puppets. In future this will mean that police can be able to do anything anywhere without limit. The laws are in place to protect all citizens. If the "devil" were a citizen and he was arrested and in court, he would have to be processed through the system according to procedures.
