This is a hypnobirthing meditation to help you to feel calm and confident throughout your pregnancy. It is designed to support you to connect with your babies in the womb so you can deepen your emotional bond with them as a mother.
Please listen to this guided pregnancy meditation as often as you can because the more you listen to it, the more benefits you will yield.
At the end of the meditation, I say a series of positive affirmations for twins and multiples. You may wish to write some of your favourite ones out onto coloured pieces of paper and stick them up around your home where you will see them each day. This will further boost your confidence and sense of well-being as your pregnancy advances. I hope that your twin pregnancy or multiple pregnancy goes well!
