I’ve watched so many Christmas Vlogs these past few days but this has to be my favorite! I love how everyone gifts gifts to each other and not every is from Santa. aloha, I wanted to mention if you want a good way to workout, I lost over 50 pounds in one year just by walking on an incline (no running or jogging) on my NordicTrack Commercial 1750 treadmill. I slowly worked my way up to higher intensity workouts by increasing the speed, incline, and duration & I averaged about 1 pound of weight loss per week. It was shocking. I completely transformed my body from doughboy to athlete, but it can be addicting. Seeing the results made me want to workout more and more, and I was eventually packing 5 miles per day into a 60 min workout pretty much 7 days per week cuz I didn't want to miss a single day.
