If he did change his name before leaving Ug, I suggest If possible immigration office department of passport to do file searching, his photo ID might be found in a file with a "decided" names..eg he might change from Ocaya TO Oroma but the photo on file can remain his original face.

First of all thank you very much for all the struggles you people are making toward finding and bringing out our lost legend musician Baby King Dalvin. We have heard from Gilbert Olanya, Mambo one star in the passed few days and they all talked about Dalvin acquiring a passport and again this young artist is talking the same thing though added something little about changing of identity which could be through plastic surgery, changing of his names plus others. But my suggestion is, why don't you people take time and go to his former school or even friends and get his real names then go and check in the different Prisons withing the country and also to immigration office to find out whether he had acquired his passport or not.and u can also as well find out more about his VISA from the immigration office if it's true that he has acquired the passport and traveled outside the country. Let's not mix politics with this issue. This is life issue and not just something merely.
All the artists should get together and do a song to raise awareness about Dalvin and if the song is good enough, use it to raise money to help in the investigation. My reservation is that from everyone's explanation, Dalvin didn't seem to be someone of good character.

He could have changed his name because changing name and date of birth also constitute part of identity change. He may not be able to afford or go through plastic surgery to achieve the ultimate change of identity.

Though when interviewing someone and he/she mentioned any critical or provoking Statement about à friend of his, zéro there once again so that s/he produces the name of that person for further investigation éxample he said à fellow musician told him from the studio that once he flies abroad, he will change his identity.... Who is that musician, what's his/her name....henceforth, more clarity shall be found but if at all they àre just talking to look for gaining cheap fame then it become completely useless. Task him to produce that musician for a continous chain of investigation... I doubt if changing identity is something easy for we local people even though you're abroad...first of it all it requires à lot of money and note that 1st world contries' system are not as corrupt like ours in Ug particular.
