Thank you for the recording. We used it to lure out two baby ducklings out of the bush so we could save them and reunite them with their parents at the lake. They were all so happy.
I’ve used it for the same reason, once to catch a lost baby duck in the bushes and the second to lure mama duck to reunite her with her babies. Both times were highly stressful but this video was made it possible to help them.

honestly its really hard to tell without physically checking. my family mainly just hopes and waits for them to start growing their male colors and drake feathers
