Adorable baby! Why don't you put the spoon in his mouth instead of touching his lips with it? It's frustrating for him to have to suck food in from the spoon.
@@asheisadora Obviously not competent. Many parents make this same mistake. We used to read a book on taking care of babies so we did not make so many mistakes. They now have online info they can access. No excuses to struggle with basic concepts.

He isn't supposed to suck the spoon to get his food, you are supposed to put the food in his mouth and remove the spoon immediately, don't leave the spoon in his mouth long enough for him to suck it!
It looks to me like that baby has been deprived of food for a long time and then fed spinach. I believe that child cruelty, child abuse is going on here. There are other vlogs similar to this where the baby is shaking his arms and attacking the spoon.
That's not how to feed a baby. Why are you letting him suck the spoon. Place the food into his mouth and remove the spoon. He isn't learning to eat that way and making a big mess and getting frustrated.
You learn to eat when you chew. Babies just eat with gums and drink their food. Please . At this age you dont teach. Teach them when you give them the chicken leg in hand instead eating with fork. And use the spoon for the soups stead of drink it from the boul.

You're feeding totally wrong! Don't let it suck on the spoon as if still taking a bottle. Wait until his head is up or back a little {not leaning in like it does} and it opens it's mouth. Pour some food off the spoon into it's mouth, take spoon away immediately leaving it to then figure out how to use it's tongue to work the food down. 🙄
Come on Mommy spoon in the mouth and imediately out. The spinach is not in a 🍼 and he will eventually get use to spoon in the mouth and pulled out of the mouth 😅 imediately.🍼🥣🧸
He isn't "eating", he is sucking the juice and acts like his tummy is empty, so I'd say he is hungry enough to eat anything whether he liked it or not! Sad......
Could be because babies are so used to having to suck non-stop to get food from a bottle that he's trying to hold the spoon longer to get more. (Not sure I explained that right! LOL!)
When you feed him instead of just holding the spoon in one place where he’s struggling to get food off the spoon take the spoon and help scoop it in his mouth. Remember he is a baby without much coordination yet so he needs more help from you. He’s hungry and he’s having a hard time getting the food in his mouth by the way you’re feeding him so that’s probably why he’s almost ready to cry from frustration. Why not just stick a straw in baby food and teach babies how to suck on the straw. Easy peasy. They can suck on a nipple and even a spoon so why not straw should be the same.
