Did anyone else notice that even when rolling over and playing, the baby elephant was careful not to step onto the man's legs with his paws. Such an intelligent animal.
My Peepee You do know elephants are on par with chimpanzees and dolphins in terms of intelligence, theyre among the smartest of all animals. Elephants can be taught to paint, can recognize faces, they even understand how to grieve. How are they dumb because they eat
That humans the closets thing to the baby's size and its not often there would be two baby's to play with each other so they jump aat the chance to play with a human.
I don't think that the man or the elephant will ever forget this tender, loving interaction which they both enjoyed so much -it's lovely. What a wonderful creature elephants are. Thank you for posting this
Elephants have an extremely good memory for these things too. If they ever met years later the elephant would recognize him by his smell alone and immediately get excited, even if the elephant was an adult by then.
@@havok9001 This baby is about twice the weight of this human however they are similar in scale adult human vs Baby Elephant that is why He is playing.
"Sense" You mean just like I can "sense" it based on how he interacts with the elephant? There's nothing mystical about it. He acts like a kind person and he's close enough in evolutionary behavior that the elephant sees him as a kind creature.
@@SUMITMITRA25 are serious or trolling? Who told you elephants don't hurt other animals? Bull elephants are killing machines tho. Also matriarch old female defend her herd from other animals.
I met the sweetest elephant baby named Mina at an elephant sanctuary in Thailand and as cliche as it sounds it’s still one of the most magical moments of my life. She kept trying to sit on me and wanted to wrestle. When she heard cars she would run to her mom then come back to play lol. Elephants are truly one of the most majestic animals on Earth.🐘 ❤️🙏🏽
No it doesn't. When a little poopaphant (calf) pushes on you like that, it wants you to stuff their mouth + little trunk full with adult female elephant dung, and wants you to rub/smear dung all over it's face and entire body. A calf is entirely dependent on dung. A mother elephant will always stuff her calf's mouth + trunk full with her dung, and will rub/smear her dung all over her calf's face and entire body multiple times daily as needed to keep her calf feeling happy, warm, and safe. Her dung also protects the calf from the sun + parasites. Without dung, a calf will become confused, and very terrified. Eventually the terrified little calf will become brokenhearted, and will experience an extreme rush of weakness, and fatigue. Dung withdrawal is very dangerous, as the calf will often die of a broken heart. It is very important to stuff a calf's face full of dung, and to rub/smear dung all over their face, trunk, and entire body to keep them feeling happy, warm, and safe.
@@robyn2145 Dave Johnson is highly skilled wildlife expert that deals with baby elephant all the time. Everything Dave said is true. Baby elephants do need dung. Apparently your 'expert' people didn't bother informing you about most crucial baby elephant info. You shouldn't be so negative to people trying to give you knowledge. Shame on you Robyn, you really let me down.
@@saifulbhuiyan1295 my bad for being rude it really was unnecessary but i’ve watched videos where the wildlife experts who fostered baby elephants until they were ready to be assimilated into the wild explain this... so they must be wrong too huh? even though they’ve studied elephants behaviors, as well? Maybe it’s different for orphaned elephants who didn’t have that bond with their mother idk dude all i said is what i learned from another wildlife expert.
@@robyn2145 All is well. Just saying Dave's methods may seem unorthodox but the man is above and beyond all wildlife experts. A quick example, as you know all experienced keepers at elephant orphanages will provide visitors with pie tins filled with adult female elephant dung. They provide these so you can pie face baby elephant with dung filled pie tins. Baby elephants love to be greeted with face full of dung First time I did it I just kind of mashed it in the baby elephants face, and it was choking on the dung. I felt awful. Dave explained to pie face, and rub the dung on baby elephant gently in clockwise motion to make it happy. I didn't believe him until I tried it, and baby elephant got very happy. The dung helps their digestive system, makes them happy, safe, and healthy.
The elephant is doing the exact thing that dogs and cats do when you suddenly stop petting or snuggling with them and they want you to keep giving them affection. They just shove there face into you or jump into your lap.
That elephant is absolutely adorable. You can tell he/she was having a blast playing with that man. Elephants are so smart and they are one of my all-time favorite animals.
This makes zero sense. This could only make sense if you used a previous animal reference, like “Physically, I’m a Tiger” Learn how to use the English language, kid.

I love spiders. I think they’re beautiful animals that help keep the insect population in check. Mosquitos feed many animals such as amphibians, many birds, bats, and fish, among others.
You need to talk to elephant hugger experts before making a career out of it. I am sure if you call CNN they will find you an elephant hugging expert, they always have these experts on their news, last time CNN had sock and anus experts on their news so I am sure they will find you one.

I felt SO bad for glasses guy in the end who tried to get a cuddle. You can see him tickling the elephant and trying to get its attention. But the baby just ignored him and only wanted the cap guy 😂😂
How can anyone down vote this? It's the cutest, most heartwarming thing I've ever seen and the baby Elephant is obviously loving the attention. Everyone was laughing in sheer joy, as was I.

I know, I don't blame you, it's so cool, how often do you see someone playing with an elephant, like with a dog? Dogs may be a man's best friend, but this man's best friend is an elephant. It's really cool, you just don't see this everyday, even on a RU-vid video
@@animelust9425 Actually snakes attack when they are afraid. If you mock them then they will surely bite you. If you are calm and care snake they won't do any harm to you. You just need to make them sure that you aren't dangerous. After that, you can play & also hit them, they won't mind😜
This is so adorable that my heart is exploded and melted with love... and i am in tears because of the amount of affection this baby shows, he nust can't get enough cuddles... God bless all the animals and kind hearted people who cares for them...

Joey Smokes That’s life, I don’t know what you’re trying to prove. Humans, however, abuse these precious animals for entertainment just for money, it’s not the same thing. We can stop, but it’s obviously not going to because of those greedy people. We can’t stop nature, the lions would die without hunting for food.
