I use the zippers overnight, during the day they wear "dressier" clothes that have just a few snaps in the back. Doing snaps in the night was a nightmare
So glad I have purchased a lot of this already and I was waiting for someone to recommend these bits as they are pricer. I have brought happiest baby snoo and the amount of opinions and judgement I’ve got spending that on a cot is unreal, people forget it’s my money I earn and my baby I’m choosing for x
As someone who lives in the Arctic in norway, anything in wool will keep your baby cool in the summer and warm in winter. Thin merino wool is really great for babies to wear as well
My bubs also only tolerated the schnuggle bath and absolutely hated anything else.. I think because it's more upright. Also 1000000% the artipoppe is SO worth it!! My baby is 10 months and we still use it... So easy & comfy & high quality.
Hi I’m also considering buying the baby brezza, but haven’t see alot of reviews from the UK. Can I ask did you purchase from John Lewis and when it broke who did you contact for the replacement? Thanks so much
As a new mum too we have alot of the things you recommended or a similar version. prep machine, and the cooling flasks are a game changer for me! great tip about how you use the flask. we also have the Tripp trapp which we love. we bought the Catchy for it which is super handy
Cutting baby nails seem so terrifying until you get into the swing of it. My first 2 kids, i never cut them. Every time my sister was over or i went to her, she would cut their nails. They actually grow as fast as you get them used to being cut! With my 3rd we no longer lived so close to each other and i just learnt to clip their little nails quickly and efficiently. It helped that i was already a seasoned mom. 😂😂😂
@@RubyHolley I take boiling water in a hot flask that I pour in first, shake, then add cool water from another bottle! I can’t work out which would be easier! X
To be honest I came for a bit humble and only essential products that many people can afford and I found very fancy stuff. Starting with formula prep maker was for me like: nope thanks. It wiuld be great if you make absolute necessary gadgets not some junk thag would pollute the environment for your convinience
@@karissadelagarza6482@nopenope5047 pretty sure she says straight away that some of them aren’t necessarily essential, they are just what made the newborn stage easier for her and her husband. I’m sure they’re are plenty other videos out there for you that align with your personal views. Not sure the unhelpful comments are really necessary. Don’t agree that’s ok, you just move on to the next video.
It's very strange to hear someone say that the formula prep machines are just a parental choice and that some people don't like them. It's not a personal choice like footed onsies or which brand of nappy you prefer - it's a matter of safety. The people who say not to use them are the NHS and other health authorities across the world. It is so sad to see survival bias like this. On this basis, don't use an infant carrier in the car, just hold your baby in your arms. The vast majority of people never have even a small accident with thier child in the car so they would be fine with this way of doing things.
I formula feed my first daughter who is now 19 and thriving.. I didn't have a machine for bottle prep. So....your opinion is yours by the way. 19 and thriving and making a lot of money and going to school.. so she survived. Also by the way I had a car seat for all her years.. sooooooooooo its your opinion.
I know mamas mean well.. but can we normalize that "need" and "must-haves" is relative? It is SO disheartening to see how many "MUST-HAVES" videos are out there for newborns. And the lists are endless ☠️ plus, every baby/mama is different so how can you call it "must-haves" when not every mama/baby MUST have it!? I watch one of Margaret Matheny's videos and all the overconsumption/overspending subsides.
And this video is one of them as well. So many fancy junk🙄 I mean formula maker? Anyways, poor nature needs to handle all of these women’s unnecessary junk
