Well, there is a script. Everything in documentaries (the "spectacular" ones, like BBC's) is edited to create stories that did not actually happen, with scenes taken from different situations or days, and then cut and pasted. They also add sounds.

It's so beautiful as to hold the breath. A squirrel was just about to landing on treetrunk. Take a close look at her hair/fur on the back! An exquisite aerial maneuvering the camera captured. This is BBC.

Used to see and watch such squirrels in St. Louis some 57 yrs ago. Haven't seen any sense we moved away from there. Used to also see stick insects or stick bugs back there. They were pretty cool.

I went out to replace the bird feeder in our tree after dark. I shined the light up the trunk, because I saw something scurry. Two large black eyes were staring at me, I screamed. My mind took a snap shot of it, when I got in the house I realized I just came face to face with a flying squirrel. The first time in my life I had seen one.
