the audio break sounds like Pete Ford trying to explain to Richard D. James about making a mix for Normal and suggesting using his track "Flowers" as a base. I suppose this is the reason why this is called the "Helston Flora Remix".
also another thing to note is that this remix comes from the Rephlex-issued "Normal EP" released in 1998 (Cat# "bford 15 t") whereas the original source "Flowers" appears on Ford Trax, released on Rhythm King in 1988, 10 years prior. The Cat# for that is "BFORD 3".
Even though its titled as a remix of Baby Ford's track Normal, it's full of samples of another of his excellent songs - Flowers. There isn't a trace of the original track Normal in this remix. Still a beast of a track tho
