Love this one!!. I don't have any link balloons, can I use a standard 5" for the head instead? Is it possible to add two raisin twists, one for pacifier the other for the babies bow?

Just got my blush quick link 12" balloons going to try this today. Going out to do friends hair then will be back to create this and add it to my party planning store.

Balloon bond is awesome for sticking letters or numbers together. Also using fishing line is great too. I have some letters here I may do a tutorial with them :)
