The only reason that Kendrick didn't find Keem is bc they're cousins, but it would make sense that he was found if Keem and Kendrick weren't cousins. An artist could've been making music for 20 years and still not have taken off unless there was somebody who has the experience to get them poppin, this would be considered a found artist.
