@@iridiculous8662 It reminds me the most of retro/vintage/vhs aesthetic because of the grainy filter, and mock errors that you often see in older films.
The perfect blend of Kendrick, Carti, and Tay K all in one. Baby Keem taking over the rap game 2021. Hopefully he drops the mixtape collab with Kendrick
No wonder why this music video's so good. Directed by Dave Free, same guy who directed a bunch of music videos for Kendrick, Ab-Soul, Schoolboy Q, and Jay Rock.
Dave free was actually a president of TDE before he left a year ago to get more into film. He was best friends with Kendrick in high school and helped get Kendrick signed to TDE.
Pex4 people will bring it up forever & accuse him of being an industry plant. he’s genuinely talented tho so i hope people don’t dwell on it. his style/versatility w/ trap is almost so perfect it feels like it was made in a lab so i get why people would be suspicious of this dude who’s kinda blowing up outta nowhere. i think he’ll ultimately receive the respect he deserves but it depends on how he follows up DIE FOR MY BITCH + the placements/co-signs he’ll receive over the next year.
Always great when you have someone so good at making music, that you vibe along with it but don't have a lot of context to relate it to. He knows the formula, and is very good at employing it in unique ways!
I can't believe he's the cousin of Kendrick Lamar and he's so talented. The rapper should be vertified on Genius for *Orange Soda* right away for his first time.
@@bigsteppa2116 ik but its only cuz of his cousin Kendrick. He's not a typical industry plant if u know what im saying. He's not getting colored dreads and doing drugs to make him stand out he was just given a s/o by Kendrick and has had other rappers show up to his shows to make him bigger. Any1 else would do this too. Plus, he's still a talented artist even though he is a industry plant.
Although I'm a product of the golden era.. this young cat has style, charisma and he is authentic I like his flow as production is on point.. "sit on my face while I attack that " clever
I found this song off a few people's stories, heard it once or twice, but forgot about it each time. But then that beat was so catchy it just kept flashing, so I began searching for this song but I'd forgotten it's name. Now that I'm here, lemme just say this is one of the best songs of rap.
