I have a baby love bird. I am still formula feeding him. He is very active but cannot fly yet. When I receive him he was in a little box with nesting. When can I move him to an actual cage. All he does is try to get out of the box.?

i have one question say I got these two new lovebirds that are 2 years old. my friend sadly gave them to me because he can’t take care of them. I have a 2 year old love bird as well and he’s a male. My friend has a pair of lovebirds and they’re 2 as well. Will it be dangerous to put my own lovebird with this new pair? If I put them together it’s 2 males and one female. Any advice would help:) thanks!
I would suggest not putting them together first! Slowly introduce them to each other. Keep in mind they may never get along and you would have to keep them seperate:
