The frustrations of racing 'Bluebell' the 998cc Morris Minor (fast on the bends) against a big Rover (fast on the straight bits). Great fun anyway! Mark Cross in the Minor 1000, Alan Wheelwright in the Rover P4 - and a brief appearance of eventual winner Andrew Jordan at 7'20.......

Can't believe the speed she can do in third!! Would tear my Minor to pieces. Great little car and driver.

Two lovely cars, the Minor and the Rover P4! I bet neither were fitted with old style big end bearings!
