A few months into this parenthood thing and we are still slowly getting into a groove. The first couple months, sleep was a non-issue… but now, we are having to find ways to make the whole sleep routine a little more seamless. We’ve gotten a lot of advice and tips. We know things can be unpredictable but we try to instill some bits of routine.
Some of our must-haves:
- The Safety 1st Connected Suite was really simple to set up and makes sleepy time a little more streamlined, especially with the Safety 1st mobile app that controls all the devices in the room - smart soother, smart humidifier, wifi baby monitor, dual smart outlet and an under crib light (which we used for our change table).
- We also took a sleep training course that was very helpful
- A few of our go-to bedtime stories.
