She understands well but doesn't points out, doesn't hold things and doesnt talks. Her eye contact is good and she climbs on bed & sit . Whenever I ask her to find her mickey mouse toy , she goes and stand near the toy . When I ask where is fan, she looks up and conveys. She loves to be in crowd place , she interacts with everyone but doesn't talks, I'm worried abt her maam

Hello Mam, My son is 2.4 years old. He does not talk, not even says Maa or Papa but babbles a lot in his own language. He throws our hand to things which he wants, pointing is rare. The problem is on receptive side of communication as well, he does not follows any command, very few things he does on our saying which is when he is rewarded for that. For eg: Giving flying kiss if offered favorite food, sitting on the chair if cartoon is played. He does not even says yes or no. He knows how to use folks and spoons while eating.He is friendly and likes to meet other people, smiles to them and likes to be held or hugged. Likes to play hide and seek or run and catch. Its getting difficult because of his speech delay. He cries and throws tantrums more frequently. I am concerned. Please help!! Thanks

Hello mam. Your video is very informative and precise to the point. My son is 2.9 years old and he is not speaking much. Just calls us all family members by names and few other 10-15 words which he needs in his day to day life. If he needs milk/water he will say by word. And other needs which he cant say by word he will points out by finger. Will show 3-4 body parts. Will repeat words from book but with poor pronunciation. But loses interest in 5 minutes. If he does potty , then tells us by a one word that he has done it. Will wave back bye bye, will like to hug, eye contact is okay, likes to play and masti with us. He is babbling all the time, but we dont understand single word Sometime i can feel he is asking a question or telling something but all in alien language. Response to his name if also okay, means sometime he responds and sometimes he doesn't. Receptive understanding is very limited. Will respond to very few basic command that too if he is in his mood. Or just ignore and go away. My concern is it autism or he is just a late bloomer.

Hello Maam. My son is 2 year 1 month old. Earlier he used to respond, say few words. But now he has stopped doing everything. He doesn’t respond to his name sometimes and he does respond whenever he feels like. He does point out to things which he wants, hold our fingers and take us to the place where he wants to go but does not say anything. He does talks to us by making eye contact but in babbling way, not maa or papa. He likes to be cuddled and hold tight. Can you pls throw some info on this.

He has name responding, he follows my command, he can show me Moon, Fan with pointing finger.. do hand fold in front of god whenever we ask him to do namaste..... Now he somewhat responding to Bye Bye Till 1.8 he can respond to Bye bye later it's all gone... Now he is again doing it but when we ask him to do ...... He can do a handshake, High five, Hug everything....... But he is a bit hyperactive never sits in one place Is he have Autism sign?

If i will tell them ball then they do not tell it but after 4 to 5 times they tell ball. N they say ka, ba, ta ma pa like this. Hello Mam, My daughter is 3.2 years old, she might have a problem of speech delay, she has started repeating since 1 months back only. She repeats few things which she likes, but doesn't make sentences, or communicate with us. Her screen time was more the last year, it was a huge mistake we made and due to covid, she was not going out anywhere, but eventually we have reduced the screen time. We talk to her the whole day, but she doesn't communicate us back. We have admitted her in a playschool, which she will be going from the next month. Mam please suggest, what should we do, should we wait for some time, after she goes to playschool, or we should consult a doctor.

Hello mam, My son is 3.6 years old, He respond well most of the time, but sometime ignore if we telling something that he is not interested, and that time if we say any interesting like biscuit lelo, anything like apple banana pani dudh,phone lelo , then reacts immediately. He used to play with everyone but specially with me, he plays and enjoying. If we ask him to kiss then immediately kiss wherever you say, also hugging if asking. He is saying few words like mumma, papa, dedo, lena a (dedo and lena a said only when crying) Is he normal? What would you suggest?
