Thank you so much for sharing this. It's the first detailed tutorial I found in many years... I tried it in my 7 year old daughter that was so congested... she slept through the night, coughed a little but it sounded as if the mucus was moving...in the morning she started to take it out and wow!!! I could not figure out she was so full of mucus. Thank thank you so much. I will share as much as I can. As I told you, I wish I had known about you earlier!!!

Its a magic... thankyou so so much...my 2 yrs son was coughing whole night..even I nebulized him but not effected... then I searched video for relief from cough and got urs... after doing it he is sleeping now... thankful to you

Thank you! I just tried this on my 9 mos old granddaughter who has a cold. Well, all but the last step because she was over it 😆 She's napping peacefully right now. I'm sharing this video with my daughter, their overnights have been really rough the last several nights.

Ahhh that is so lovely to hear, what a lovely lovely grandma you are 💕 Yes fair enough for a 9 month old to get the wiggles on near to the end of the routine, it’s a fair amount of time to expect them to tolerate so she did well to get to that point! I’m so pleased she fell asleep peacefully after and I really hope the overnight for her and your daughter was better.... Babies with colds and sleep are certainly a trying and testing time for all involved - I have been there countless times with my three kids and by the third kid I was pretty broken! Here’s to good nights sleep and your granddaughters speedy recovery. Happy New Year to you all! x

It IS amazing - when I can I massage my 5 year old boys feet before bed and it absolutely makes a difference, he's snoring within minutes rather than jumping around and asking for another and then another story! Thnkiuuuuuu sooooo much...my baby had too much cold and cough...even she was not feeding properly...bcoz of cough she was vomiting after having a feed...but now after this she is relaxed . She is just 4 months old..thnx dear😘

My 5 year old daughter has had a cough for 3 weeks now and it suddenly got worse in the past 24 hours, a long with a fever. She got sent home from school early and I scheduled a doctor appointment. Tonight neither of us are getting any sleep because of her coughing fits. Nonstop coughing and kicking the crap outta me. I just put her to sleep with this and she's FINALLY sleeping peacefully... Now maybe I can get a few hours before her appointment in the morning. Thank you thank you thank you x a million ❤️ saving this video for future reference.

I am so happy to hear that this Reflexology routine helped your 5 year old daughter when she was so poorly with a cough :( I hope that you managed to get her an appointment and that she finally started to get better soon after.... I don’t know where you are in the world but here in the UK the kids illness has been off the scale and seeming to take ages to recover from colds and coughs and then getting hit with another! My 6 year old was ill from November with three consecutive colds and like your daughter - a cough that didn’t go until early January. Can’t wait for Spring and some warmth! My 4month can’t sleep because his tiny nose is blocked. After a bit of a tantrum starting this he settled down and sent him to sleep with no congestion! Thank you , you have no idea how relieved I am 😅😅

I did this to my baby bro it help thank you .because he was coughing non stop😫😁😁.I thought he was gonna stay like this but I searched this up and it help me so much. Now he's sleeping safe and sound🤗😇😇😇. I just wanna say keep doing these videos I love them. Thank god we have people like you by the way. Thank you so very much. My 3 year old has been down with a flu, teary eyes congested chest and running nose completely restless and irritated. Once I did this I thought it wasn't going to work a good 15 to 20 minutes later she started playing and talking and slept peacefully. Momma got some rest too thank you so much ❤

Sidra I’m sorry to hear your baby has a cold abs fever, it’s so hard when they are so tiny and young. You can do this routine every day and as many times as you like but twice a day should be good. Take it easy and get lots of rest yourself when you can. Absolutely sending all my wishes for your daughters speedy recovery, I know how brutal it is for everyone when they are sick with a cold! Good thing is though that her immune system is learning how to get stronger, try and hang on to that positive! Lots of love your way x

She starts sneezing when she gets allergy and after 3 days she develops coughing..i had to use inhaler 2 years back to stop coughing.. Little ease now but always have a tension that she will develop coughing...

Hi Lucy, my son is having cold and cough from the last few days.Tried few remedies and nothing really worked.He is 4 month old and already took 5 antibiotic courses in the past, so I am trying to keep him away from those medicines.Tried this today and got instant relief.I am really thankful.I am wondering,is there anything I could do to boost immunity.Thanks

Hey, sorry your baby is suffering with so many colds. Have you had a full homeopathic consultation with a practitioner? I would see if you need to change the remedy and carry on with the homeopathic remedies as long as you can. Check the environment, dust, mould etc and if breastfeeding check your diet, dairy, gluten etc. Once or twice a day is good for this routine. I really hope your baby gets better soon x

Tried this .... Baby lost appetite , pooped thick poop rather than runny and cold got worse :( .... Checked the other videos for constipation and sleep .... The points on a baby's feet are tough to find -- must have touched the wrong points and they just keep wriggling !
