Sticking his phone in Dr K’s face etc. Kristy actually was the one to call the police after security tried to get him to leave. Dr K recorded the entire incident (BTW- this was the second time Kristy did this)
@@howcanyoudothistome1 You are legally allowed the freedom of expression but this cannot come at the expense of anothers. By shouting an anthem over the top of the music he was purposly disruptive to the piano player and the people trying to enjoy his performance. He also wouldn't leave the player alone after he had told him he didn't want to have a conversation he followed him around whne the piano player wanted to walk away. This is all harrassment. He's been doing this for days and I believe there is enough evidence to convict him of a public order offence and impose a ban from the station. The authorities could impose a restraining order instead of a station ban as he is clearly targetting a sole individual.

@@bigcraig1976 Canada, where this idiot is apparently from (although you’d never guess it from the CCP crap he’s spouting) is a non-visa country-unless you want to stay for more than six months. I’d suggest that the authorities check out how long he’s been here, but even if he’s (literally) overstayed his welcome the chance of the HO deporting him is slim to non existent (and slim left town ages ago).

There's always one who wants any excuse to attack the police. There's no evidence the police were even contacted until Krusty himself called them about 25 mins in and tried to make out he was the real victim. There is a brief point where one of the seemingly more senior security men sounds like he might have been speaking to the police on his phone as he's giving a description of Krusty, but that was about 22 mins into the incident and he could just as easily have been talking to his own control centre/CCTV room. It seems the private security contractors were too busy being completely useless, milling about among themselves and failing to de-escalate the situation, when they could (and should) have just effectively contained and detained him and called the BTP immediately.
We should start a fundraiser to buy him a ticket to China or North Korea etc. If he loves communism so much, let him fucking go to a country that is run by it. He wouldn't last ten seconds, pulling bullshit like this in a REAL Communist country. The cops in communist countries don't allow this kind of childish behaviour - he'd be dragged away, and not in any kind of gentle way either.

The Police were somewhat kind to just pick him up and carry him out the front doors. I'm surprised that they didn't arrest him on assault and trespassing charges. At a very minimum the Police should have taken him for a mental evaluation.
Agreed. The security staff should've used the CCTV footage to pursue charges against this idiot: breach of the peace, assault on security staff. Then they can get him banned from the station.

They are much to polite with him. Most law enforcement, at least in the U.S. are taught how to grasp them so that if they refuse to support their own weight it causes an extremely uncomfortable feeling in their arms / hands. Great motivation to get someone to walk with you so you don't have to carry them.

Krusty is actually quite lucky that he’s not been arrested for trespassing and loitering. He definitely has been harassing Brendan. Brendan, if it continues file a temporary restraining order against him and when he violates the TSO he’ll go directly to jail.
Officers: save your back, don't pick up miscreants who pull this "limp toddler" tactiic on you. Take Aikido classes, and learn about joint locks. It's not hard to compel them to move exactly where you want them to move.
