Gotta try few times there taste buds gotta get use to the different flavors. Banana us a hard one mix with baby cereal first. Can't just give up or think they don't or won't like it.
I think he is crying not only because he doesn't like it. He must've been hungry and was probably expecting a bottle. He is showing his disappointment through crying. Your baby is real cute and you are an awesome mom, unlike some others who intentionally make a baby cry.
