But research and common sense told me why I'm I still believing in a person which we all know that our former enslavers beat into us ? I learned that Jesus is based off an Egyptian mythology of Horus which was around 6 thousand years before the Europeans invented Jesus. @Trillfate I don't know what exactly what pain, frustration or loss you may be going through at this time but I can honestly tell you that I have suffered heartbreak, pain and disappointment at times in my life. Jesus, is what keeps me going and gives me hope. He is the heart changer, the great counselor, teacher, emotional healer, redeemer and soul saviour. He is still in his throne and is working all things out. He doesn't always cause bad things to happen but he can allow them for reasons that we may not fully understand. I don't always understand, or even agree with everything, but I do trust that he is all knowing, all powerful and good. Take care, may you find peace and be safe.

Yes, he is trying to follow the sound he is hearing. Babies even in the womb is able to hear what the mom is saying. This has been scientifically proven. Not saying they can sing, of course at that time at all or make sounds, but they hear leading some Dr's to want moms to read books (or online) while they are pregnant to the baby. Babies will sometimes mimic like this, If he hears it enough, he may one day while very young sing the sound heard or notes. But he now is trying to answer his mom's call. Talking back to mom. Very cute.

My mother raised me as a very privileged white person. Our church was 50-60% First Nations. Our associate pastor was from Trinidad. My best friend, as a teenager, was Chinese. Often I was the minority in my group of friends, but I never felt left out, even when they forgot to speak English so I could understand. :) So yes, I was raised as a very privileged white person. I never saw the ugly face of racial prejudice until I was an adult. I was horrified that 'nice' people could feel that way. Yes, I was very privileged indeed. I wish you had been so privileged, my friend. I wish you had always been treated in a way that made you feel valued for the precious person you are. This was BRILLIANT!!! That little fellow is a fantastic singer at such a young age!!! To be so aware at his age is PHENOMENAL!!! Keep taking him to church, and keep him singing with the choir. So adorable! Babies learn amazing things from early, especially music. Our son did the same as a baby. Now he at 12, he sings, plays Piano and Clarinet. Keep exposing him to music.
I remember hearing a baby singing when I was at work. I didn't realize they were singing, someone else mentioned that baby sometimes sing. I thought they were maybe lazy crying. Not sure if I knew babies did that before then.
