If the pillow had caught fire and he had caught fire and died, that is a darwin award. If he survived, nomination. He is just practicing for award right now. @@kp8890 they tried to cut her out with a blowtorch but then the blowtorch blew up in her face. That didn't kill her, but then they had to do surgery to remove the metal shrapnel out of her skull. That didn't kill her either, but she got hit by a bus on the way out of the hospital. So yeah, the chair was responsible for the most part.

@@harry4454 Fair point. My assumption is that the decision concerning the classification of the degree of harm revolves around clear-cut, physical indications of being seriously injured. Internal injuries are most likely not included at all, as evident by the appearance of the "no one was harmed" warning in car accident videos, among others. Perhaps a re-wording could be considered...

Before stepping on the boat. In that situation the dad could’ve just picked up and thrown them away from the boat. Outside of that, kids are daft and they panic. It’s a parents job to cover bases. Crap parenting.

Seeing all the comments about the "No-one was harmed" disclaimers, I think they need to put a "seriously" in there. It's obvious to all of us that some injuries did occur so if they say "No-one was seriously injured" then they can be truthful and still be reassuring. It's a very easy fix.

@@FeedScrn I suppose come to think of it, you could probably say the same about most of the sports to be honest. I'm a big fan of BMX, Skateboarding etc. and they have full on serious injuries as well, just look up Scotty Cranmer, his whole journey from best in the world all the way to partial recovery and surviving after injury. I think it's about pushing yourself to the limit...but possibly falling to your death to climb a big wall is a limit I can't understand either, with you on that one
