Just made my eyes tear up to see “Lady Thumbelina” walking in her new surroundings. She looks wonderful. FFCS shows us what love, compassion, caring, rest and good nutrition for a sweet kitty can do.
Oh happy blessed day 🙏🏻 Thumbelina 🥰 you go girl. Thumbelina I hope you know that there are so many people who are watching your progress and sending you so much love and support. You guys are absolutely the best. Thank you for all the very hard work and compassion you put in every single day of the year loving and caring for all the beautiful cats there and in the foster homes too. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰
WOOHOO! THUMBELINA! How great to see you outside of your cube nest! You look healthy and fearless! Like a whole new cat! Bless you baby girl; & bless your friends, & teammates! 🙏😁♥️🐈⬛🐈⬛🐈⬛🌞🌞🌞
This is great! 🐈😺😻 Thank you for caring for the kitties. I've been praying for Thumbelina to acclimate quicker to her new home. It's wonderful to see the change in her. More trusting and definitely healthier looking.
Sometimes I wish you would just put the camera down and pet the cat. She did come out as you have indicated. And she looked as if she's wanting you to stroke her head. But no, you don't. You're more concerned about the camera. I find that disturbing and I have to share that with you because you just Might Not see that side of it. And I am so grateful for all the things you guys do for cats, but sometimes we don't really see what exactly we're doing and we have to be turned around and shown, and that's all I'm doing trying to be kind and compassionate and looking at it from the point of view. Of the cat. Maybe you should take a look at this video on yourself and see what you think. Thank you again.
You do realize this was a snippet/short video of her progress BECAUSE we take the time to pet and work with her. This is showing the progress with our patience and gentle persistence. Without this video (camera), you wouldn’t see the progress. Please be kind and supportive of all of our efforts. 😻😻
Thumbelina is really coming out of her shell and appears to have made amazing progress. A miracle to say the least and they have done a fantastic job with her there at the sanctuary. Allow her to come out on her terms for a time or two and explore and become acclimated to the surroundings, the people and the other cats. She might seem to want a rub but there's always that moment you go to reach for her, it spooks her and then she runs back into the house and is traumatized all over again. Let her naturally adjust, she is coming around. Please stop being critical and enjoy that she is looking healthy and getting the food and care she needs.
