genuinely loving the real talk- i have 3 kids and its actually a thing about resisting temptation once the sugary foods enter the home i do often run down the chocolate- sweets- ice cream aisle when food shopping- it helps but when you have kids in tow- its a diff story - - not getting the food in the house is just a massive game changer and helps resist into temptation so much easier.
Im rooting for you❤ it is always hard in the beginning, but at some point you become used to it, you become comfortable and happy. It is indeed a lifestyle change that starts off with a lot of courage. You got this!!
Love your vlogs last year I lost 2 stones I was eleven stones now I’m nine stones I cut down on the foods I craved and replaced it with yogurt’s and fruits and I exercised everyday since my weight loss im so happy alhumdulliah and I have more energy u will too never give up
