I have tho, I know exactly what its like, an yall think it's so easy to jus pack up an move. It's not that simple. These folks are stuck there, u wonder why they live in the most dangerous part of Chicago, its because the city government has made it damn near impossible for low income families to live in nicer neighborhoods. Yes Im white and I acknowledge the fact that blacks are treated differently from the city an government. Its no coincidence, its purely intentional. So yeah when the deck is stacked against you at every turn, it becomes about survival. Some don't know any other way. Some do. I was able to make it out, but it took me to getting shot several times before i needed to make a change. Society and social media aint helping things either, its a catalyst for the violence we see today.

People saying they want to be black. Where do you think they learn their English from? Mom and pops speak Spanish. No white people in their hoods. They learn what’s in their environment and music. Blacks need to start thinking they make up lingo, it’s a Chicago lingo. In the 80s and 90s they e all listened to house music and used a lot of the same words. It was folks and people. No racist stuff.
That doesn't really make sense to me. Chicago is extremely segregated and Little Village never had a significant black population. There were a bunch of different Europeans until Mexican moved in this neighborhood and white people from Chicago don't speak like this either.
