Its truely a different experience when you have adult kids then have a new born. To watch your adult kids step up and almost co parent with you is amazing to see. The amount of help you get willingly is beautiful.

Hi Kayli, I had my tubes tied during my c-section of my daughter. It really doesn't change anything. I was just happy, to be able to get it done at the same time. I had my first two children boys naturally, then I had placenta previa, So my daughter had to be c- section . I'm so happy for you Kayli, have a wonderful birth experience. I would definitely talk to them about tubes tied vs tube removal (salpingectomy) too. Having your tubes removed drastically reduces any future risk of ovarian cancer. I had my tubes removed but kept my ovaries when I had a hysterectomy in 2018. Had to have an ovary and large cyst removed about a year ago. That recovery was pretty easy so I feel like tube removal wouldn’t add much to a c-section. Just a thought ❤

I’m an L&D RN and the OB’s often do tubal ligations during the c-section where I live (once they have babe out of course)! Not sure if that’s what you’re having done, but the recovery shouldn’t be any different from your other sections! It’s honestly probably better to have it all done at once! Sending you well wishes for your c-section! Try to rest as much as you can and soak up those newborn snuggles💛

Hi Kayli, I also had my tubes tied with my last daughter since it was a planned c-section. There was zero extra recovery, really nothing different, just make sure that you don't wan't anymore!! LOL Congratulations, good luck on Monday and can't wait to hear the name reveal!!!

Any feelings you have are valid. My daughter just recently found out she was pregnant. Not just a little pregnant either. 5 months!!! She really didn’t want to have kids this soon but here we are. And it’s fine. She’s deaf and wasn’t born that way, it happened suddenly at 16. Dr’s wrote it up as a virus. 😒 Maybe idk I have not completed medical school 😉 Anyway the reason I told that tid bit is because I was really hoping she would change her mind and have kids so she would have someone looking after her when I’m gone. Is that the wrong thought process I have maybe, I don’t care. I look forward to watching your boy grow up. PS my daughter also is having a boy! And last but not least Happy Birthday Baby Butler. I am writing this comment Monday the 26th!!!!!!!!

I had mine tied after second. Both C sections. Same recovery time but I had lots of other issues too. You will be good hopefully.

Prework out is just to get you a little bit pumped up. Slapping your legs won’t do anything 😂 protein powder will help with muscle gain but if you don’t work out enough the protein can turn into fat so you need to make sure you’re doing a good workout and not a lazy workout. At least 1 hour workout.

Literally, I don’t have kids but I would imagine that it feels a lot like Christmas Eve for like a week before hand because there’s this whole new person that you get to meet and they’re a person of such huge relevance to everybody’s life and in about five minutes after meeting them, you won’t be able to imagine how you ever lived without that person. So I just I would be bursting at the seams I think before a baby came and I know it’s overwhelming, and I know you already have a lot of kids, and a lot on your plate, and a busy husband, and all the things but you are a wonderful mama and you are gonna do just as good as you always do with this baby boy!!! I cannot wait to see him, and meet him, and hear what his name is! I’m wishing you all nothing but the best and a happy healthy delivery. 😂 no girl. If you slap your legs it will not change the pain from your arms. But post workout will help with soreness. Take pre workout before your workout and then post workout supplement after your workout. Get a blender bottle for the gym.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR TUBES TIED, BECAUSE YOU WANT TO BE A HAPPY WOMAN. IT'S LIKE HAVING EARLY MENOPAUSE, WITH A LITTLE KID, AND A FAMILY TO DEAL WITH.DO NOT TIE YOUR TUBES. LET GOD TIE THEM IN YEARS. MAYBE HAVE AN IDU FOR 3-4 YEARS, IF U WANT TO... but please don't shut your womenly hormones off of your body.at 50 you will wish to have those hormones back and not age that quickly.
