I bought the babyliss Big hair in 2016 and used only once because the brush spinned too fast : my hair kept getting entangled and pulled. It was complicated the release the strands. It plucked a lot of my hair in the process so I avoid it like plague. Really bad. Also it was hot , couldn’t use a cooler setting , I’m always iffy about heat damaging my hair so I wasn’t comfortable going over each strands over and over. I had a babyliss blow dry spinning brush back in 2000 and it was very easy to use. I’m disappointed P how can they sell a brush that plucks your hair off ? As I can see, Babyliss haven’t improved their brush !
Hey there, I’m really sry to hear this :( but I can confirm everything you have stated. The brush is just not suitable for using it , especially if you have thick curly hair. It’s just frustrating how much hair are pulled. I will definitely not buy again a brush form babyliss as it’s just not worth the money. If you want to protect you hair don’t use this product!
First of all ,Omg you're so pretty!! Nina Dobrev look alike 😱 2nd - You should have prepared your hair first girl. If it were kinda wet it would have worked
Have you tried using much smaller strands of hair first? And then you can smooth it down with a straightener. Maybe it will help but of course it will take more time.
I totally forgot about this review and asked my mom to get me a similar one because my normal blow dry started smelling a bit weird... My hair is similar to yours and this kind of brush doesn’t work for our kind of hair, also it doesn’t get to the roots as all I prefer the normal blow dry even though it’s heavy and tiring, at least it gives me a good result
Hey there 👋🏽 yes this brush is really not made for our hair. I prefer as well the way of blow dry them with the normal blow dryer instead of using such a brush which doesn’t work at all 🙄
