Though the general opinion is BMC stands for BabyMetal Cypher. During an interview Moa was asked how she felt. Her replay was Hungry, I need fried chicken. Since then Fans will joking say BMC means Bring Moa Chicken
Great reaction, keep exploring this BABYMETAL Foxhole, they will keep on surprising you (but 'BxMxC' is a sort of one of a kind among their songs ... but so are many others of their songs).🦊
It's usually just referred to as "BMC", the x's are silent. It's never been confirmed, but it's assumed that it means Babymetal Cypher. In interviews when they talked about recording this song, Su-metal said that she had never tried to rap before, so she had to find her flow in order to be able to perform it. She has said that it is one of her favourite songs to perform live. It's not a rabbit hole with Babymetal, it's a fox hole! 🤘🦊🤘
Hell yeah man, Babymetal goes hard all the time haha. Now that you've seen some of their more recent music from them in their 20s, it's time to go back to their roots! Here are a few "classic" younger Babymetal from when they were starting: 1). iine! (Official MV): "Baby" Babymetal does a little bit of rap and a lot of everything else. The "WTF" factor is strong with this one. 2). Headbanger (Legend 1997 concert): Dec 2013 concert, celebrating lead Su-metal's 16th birthday, a quintessential Babymetal song. 3). Road of Resistance (Official live video from their channel): 17-year-old Su commands 20K crowd with her 15-year-old Lieutenants. Epic, on all levels. 4). Akatsuki (Budokan 2014): A beautiful love song, Su's solo, except, shreddy AF guitars and epic drumming. 5). Catch Me If You Can (Budokan 2014): Extra cute, extra adorable, extra brutal, extra heavy, hide and seek, and an epic band flex. Look forward to more! 🤘🦊
Great reaction. Watching the changes in your expression as this gut-punching song was playing was a real treat. I look forward to more reactions and I'm going back to see what you've done to this point. Do not get settled into one "genre" though. BM is always BM but they are always pushing into new and unique musical sounds.
Nice reaction. Glad you're enjoying your time in the foxhole. This is what happens when you get a group that is willing to do anything musically. And mostly because Su can sing anything. They were born with an amazing level of talent. And since then, they've pilled on the skills. This song was a bonus song in their third album. Imagine that for a moment. The double CD set was influenced by the sounds they heard as they traveled the world. They recently performed this song on tour and this song Night Night Burn was performed in Spain. Take a guess on what musical genres influenced the song. Babymetal a metal bass with JPop vocals mixed with whatever genre of music catches their ears. Sometimes there's many genres mixed in. Like BMC. Many think of it as Su is just rapping. But many musical historians say not so fast. Japan has its own style of rap. which I've found that it seems many countries have a traditional rap style if you will. Just not delivered in a hiphop way. Which is unique to America. In BMC Su raps in many ways with the Japanese traditional style but delivers it in an American rap style way. And nails it. Watch Moa and now Momoko and you can see that they mix their dance styles as well. Moa has mentioned they mix in Ballad Jazz Hiphop and more into their choreography. How they keep it all together can only be described as Babymetal magic. This foxhole is deep and full of surprises.
