Sadly Mikio Fujioka died in January 5 2018. Also Yui Mizuno left the band because of health reasons in October 2018.

In this live performance: - The bass guitar is called BOH he is playing a 6-strings bass guitar - The guitarist playing the pink guitar is Takayoshi Ohmura, he is a guy not a girl, and he also collaborated with Marty Friedman, ex-Megadeth lead guitarist, when he moved to Japan. - The backing band are all guys by the way :) the guitarists are playing 6, 7, and even 8 strings guitars. Welcome to the Fox Hole! Where you start the descent into the world of Babymetal. Gimme Chocolate is a great video for shock value, it certainly delivers the WTF moment. Kind of industrial metal mixed with fun lyrics and great dance moves. Then you roll into Road of Resistance and see something different. (get used to that, Babymetal songs vary a lot) RoR is more speed metal and heavily influenced by Dragonforce. Lyrics are more serious and you get to see two 15 yo and a 16 yo command a crowd of 55k screaming fans. Just like they say in the infomercials "but wait, there's more!" Based on your reactions I think you need some more of the Kami band behind the cuties. I would suggest Rondo of Nightmare with the Mischief of the God's intro next. You like the harder songs and need more guitar in your life, I can tell! Hahaha. After that I would say Karate and Distortion official videos, both rock and are visually kicking. If you want another live performance I would go with Headbanger Legend of 1997. So there's 4 songs for you. And don't worry, Babymetal has been out there for almost a decade, with 2 albums out and a 3rd album dropping October 3rd, you won't be running out of material for a while. The Babymetal fans are super chill and can answer any questions, these guys are awesome. Good reaction videos already, keep them coming, we like it. 😁

If you have the chance to go, then go, and enjoy yourself, it maybe one of the best nigts of your life. I have seen them 16 times and flew all the way from the UK to Japan, to go to the show in the video. Try Karate live @Downlaod 2016 or Babymetal Death 1997. There is also Sis. Anger, but that will get blocked if you do a reaction to it, appart form a comp, which aren't that good. Try "Death" Legend of 1997, or "Rondo of Nightmare" with Mischief of Gods intro. They should be hard enough for you.

Next you should watch Head Banger Legend of 1997. It is just as epic and heavy. And on a side note, Baby Metal Death is not an actual song but a bit of performance art in which Su Metal becomes a Metal Goddess

Hmm, you might know this already but i don't see anybody else saying it. The Kami band didn't exist when Gimme Chocolate was recorded. Nobody was playing instruments in the video of Gimme Chocolate. They did concerts then with a backing track. They've come so far. (well ok they still use a backing track but it has much less on it now) The thing to the girls' credit is that they had no problem drawing crowds and entertaining them fine without a live band. They were so cute back then. They were already successful before the Kami band arrived.

Constructive criticism. You're not reacting to the song, you're watching 10-15 second sections. You paused twice before the girls even started to sing! It's impossible to get a genuine reaction to a performance this way as you don't get a proper feel for the music or show they put on.
